Processing Time

2–5 business days
Every item is made to order before shipment. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Estimated Shipping

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please Note

  • Every piece is made individually, so slight variations are normal and make each item unique.
  • During holidays or high-order periods, production and shipping may take slightly longer.
  • Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Made-to-Order Policy

Because each item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
